Registration by post must be received by the closing date and must include a completed copy of the registration form plus full payment in one of the following forms: Cheque, Postal Order or Bank Draft.

Method of Payment:
Cancellation and refund policy
Any cancellation or change must be received and confirmed by the Conference Registration Committee in official written notice via letter or e-mail before September 30 for 70% refund of total payment. No refund will be granted after this date or for no-show. The refund will be processed one month after the conference, less the applicable taxes and bank handling charges.
